Common function:Both are customs closed supervision areas, providing basic services such as bonded warehousing, circulation processing, and transit trade, and implementing the "domestic and foreign customs" policy.
Policy advantage: Goods entering the zone can enjoy export tax rebates or import bonded treatment, simplifying the trade process.
Differences in application scenarios
Type A: Suitable for internal logistics needs of large enterprises or multinational corporations (such as NOKIA's self operated projects).
Type B: Suitable for integrating regional logistics resources and attracting multiple enterprises to settle in and form industrial clusters (such as cross-border e-commerce and international transit).
A-class bonded zone
· Establishment entity: Independently operated by a corporate legal person within China.
· Service scope: divided into public type (providing comprehensive services to the society) and self use type (only serving within the enterprise or group).
· Storage area: The minimum requirement is 10000 square meters.
· Approval Procedure: Approved by the directly affiliated customs and filed with the General Administration for record.
B-type bonded zone
· Establishment entity: Managed by a corporate legal representative, allowing multiple enterprises to settle and operate together, similar to a logistics park.
· Service scope: Open tothe public, providing bonded logistics services shared by multiple enterprises.
· Storage area: The minimum requirement is 50000 square meters.
· Approval process: Direct approval from the General Administration of Customs is required.
