Transit trade refers to the operations that an intermediary company from B country, purchasing goods from suppliers from A country and re-selling to buyers in C country. The intermediary company in Country B does not process the products, but can either re-classify, re-pack, or re-label goods etc. as needed in the local bonded warehouse. These activities do not change the form, nature, structure, or utility of the original imported goods (different from processing trade).
